Digital strategist, analyst and researcher, with a strong background on policy work in the field of AI, cybersecurity and digital affairs. Agnieszka focuses on exploring how technology can solve global challenges. Throughout her career worked at the Polish national administration (both in Poland and Brussels), the European Commission, the European Parliament (the Committee for Internal Market and Consumer Protection) and in an advisory capacity to thinkthanks and business moguls.
External evaluator of the research programmes of the European Commission as well as the African Development Bank. Humanitarian at heart, was a part of the Global Libraries Programme of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and acted as a volunteer to the Vital Voices Foundation.
Particularly skilled in forming coalitions and alliances, building partnerships with stakeholders both in business and philanthropic context in the CEE region, Brussels and beyond. Co-authored a number of publications on the international aspects of digital policy, including on the Three Seas Region.
Graduated from the University of Manchester as a British government (Chevening) scholarship holder,- MSc in ICT for Development the Nicolas Copernicus University – MSc in Management and accounting and the Warsaw School of Economics. Studied at the Central European University, the University of Aarhus and the University of Harvard. Ardent backpacker and avid cyclist (+70 countries visited).
